Sente to Meet with Constituents Over Coffee in Vernon Hills

August 3, 2011

VERNON HILLS, IL- In a continued effort to meet with constituents face-to-face and hear their concerns about issues facing Illinois, State Rep. Carol Sente (D-Vernon Hills) will be hosting another coffee shop stop on Friday, August 5, from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m. at Starbucks, 1640 Milwaukee Ave. in Vernon Hills.

“It is important for me to meet with local residents and hear their thoughts,” Sente said.  “Talking to people in the community and getting their thoughts on what is going on across the state and in the district is incredibly helpful. We have had some great turnout this summer and I hope to see many constituents this Friday to enjoy a cup of coffee and some lively discussion.  We are purposely experimenting with a new day of the week and time to accommodate constituent requests, so I hope you will join us.”
